A Carcosan ruin on an island south of Pillartown, in which Rotoās Crew has built a small fort. There is an entrance on land, and a much larger entrance by sea. The sea entrance spills into a large docking area inside of the pyramid. There are a number of channels running through the pyramid that look like water is meant to run through them. In the corners, there are some glowing prisms.
These crystals and channels constitute a teleporter - the other side of the teleporter is in a cistern in the main canal of Carcosa.
A schooner is docked inside, called āSalvage Titleā. There are a few small shacks, and a main office.
