This whip is no more than a wriggling striated strand of ancient and cursed flesh, one that seeks to both indulge and defy the concept of decay.
Properties:

+1 Weapon:Â You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.

Atrophic Decay:Â When you hit a creature with this weapon, it takes an additional 1d4 necrotic damage. Additionally, until the end of its next turn, it takes 2 necrotic damage for every 5 feet it willingly moves.

Flesh That Binds:Â If a creature afflicted by Atrophic Decay willingly moves during its turn, it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw at the end of its turn. On a failed save, you can use your reaction to force the creature to move up to half its speed in a direction of your choice. This movement is considered forced movement and does not trigger Atrophic Decay.
Curse: The Flesh is Fragile
Once attuned, this whip embeds itself into your forearm like a fleshy seed. you cannot unequip this whip unless you are targeted by a Remove Curse spell or similar magic. Alternatively you can attempt a medicine roll to excise it from your flesh, suffering a permanent level of exhaustion for a period of time. While attuned, your body becomes unnaturally delicate:
- You take 1 additional point of damage for every source of damage you receive. This damage bypasses resistances and immunities.
