A silver necklace, manufactured by The Roecrin Family originally intended as a gift from The Lords of Carcosa to The Ny’alkosh Family. Upon being put on by a member of The Ny’alkosh Family, it would be irremovable, and would slowly poison the wearer over many years (30+). It was stolen by Kor, then later retrieved by The Blackstars.
