A travelling merchant selling very unusual wares. We sold the The Slagged Blade to him, and now want it back.
On our way back from Arkuās Bones, we watched as The Mistress of War, The Lord of Scribes, and an unknown lord tortured him. From this, we can determine he is immortal (or at least very durable).
